Requirements

  • Self-starter mindset: Take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Customer-first attitude: Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to world-class service.
  • Strong communication: Bring interpersonal and written skills to support customers and team members.
  • Tech-savvy approach: Be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
  • Build sales skills: Learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes.
  • Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
