As a Residential Sales Intern , you'll gain hands-on experience in the Big Ass sales process, partnering with Senior Sales professionals to help drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you'll contribute to real projects while developing practical skills in sales techniques, problem-solving, market analysis, and client engagement. You'll get exposure to the full BAF sales cycle, learn how to use industry-leading sales software and reporting tools, and understand how to support broader growth strategies. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, ready to chat with BAF customers over the phone and email
  • Exceptional organizational skills; must be able to multitask
  • Familiarity with Google and MS Suite is helpful
  • A positive, and proactive attitude, ready to learn quickly on the job
  • Able to work in-office Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Support our awesome Residential Sales team by preparing sales materials, maintaining CRM records in Salesforce, and assisting with data entry and incoming calls.
  • Conduct market analysis by researching market trends for residential fans, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Engage with clients by being the point person for inbound residential calls, screening and qualifying inbound leads through Bugspot for our trade program and showrooms, while conducting the follow-up process to ensure top-of-the-line customer engagement.
  • Support Marketing and Field Sales by assisting with their Campaigns.
  • Run weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Work closely with experienced sales team members and other departments as needed.
