The ideal candidate excels in client service, thrives in a high-volume environment, and has the ability to confidently communicate the value of our legal services. Strong follow-up skills and Salesforce experience are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Reception or call center experience, ideally in a legal or high-volume setting
• Excellent client-relations and communication skills
• Ability to influence and educate clients on our services
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and discretion with sensitive information

• Salesforce experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct high call volume efficiently
• Help clients understand the need for our immigration services and guide them through next steps
• Manage and schedule appointments
• Use Salesforce to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure exceptional client experience
