We are looking for a driven Sales Performance Manager to lead a team of Intake Specialists in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. This role is responsible for driving conversion, increasing output, coaching to performance, and holding the team accountable to clear standards and measurable goals. Must be able to manage an onsite team of up to 25 members. This is not a passive management role. We want a leader who knows how to drive numbers, coach to results, and build a culture where urgency, discipline, accountability, and excellence are the standard. Large teams will have a team operations coordinator to assist with production and operations.
