Job Description: The Sales Representative is responsible for closing deals and incorporating new Clients into GSU. They are also in charge of facilitating calls to Potential New Clients and solving the inquiries they may have regarding the company, as well as working in tandem with the Happiness Team to hand off the new Clients and follow up with them.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales is highly valuable.
  • Excellent and charismatic verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work the Sales Qualification Pipeline to guarantee an “X” amount of Discovery Calls a week
  • Managing Potential New Clients by: Following up with them, facilitating Discovery Calls, Provide assistance when needed, Answering phone calls.
  • Sending email and text reminders to Clients for scheduled meetings.
  • Attending the morning huddles.
  • Request information about Potential New Clients to the Marketing Team and Client Experience when necessary
  • Attending Discovery Calls to gather information about Potential New Clients.
  • Attending the Sales Weekly Meeting.
  • Attending the refreshing sessions to improve performance.
  • Managing DocuSign to sign deals with new Clients
  • Completing and updating Sales spreadsheets.
  • Check out Calendar for any upcoming meetings.
  • Updating Potential New Clients’ information on CRM.
  • Taking notes during the Discovery Calls.
  • Managing the Sales Calendar when scheduling Decision-Making Calls.
  • Processing leads from Potential New Clients
  • Contacting event attendees
  • Answering phone calls from Potential New Clients.
