The Sales & Installation Coordinator is a vital role responsible for: Managing the lifecycle of sales leads. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of installation job paperwork. Coordinating sales and technician schedules. Handling key administrative duties. This position facilitates seamless team communication, optimizes job execution efficiency, and ensures accurate reporting to achieve company goals. Responsibilities

  • Qualify and prioritize inbound installation leads based on urgency and potential.
  • Assign the most suitable salesperson to maximize successful closures.
  • Coordinate sales schedules and dispatch high-priority appointments.
  • Conduct phone debriefs with salespeople after appointments, logging follow-up details.
  • Schedule sold jobs, including measurement appointments.
  • Review job information to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Order necessary permits and inspections promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to collect all required paperwork (contracts, proposals, material lists, etc.).
  • Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion of all stages.
  • Communicate installation reminders to customers as needed.
  • Dispatch installation jobs to teams.
  • Track invoices and ensure POs are correctly applied to jobs.
  • Send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Conduct post-installation “happy calls” to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Register equipment for product warranties.
  • Attend relevant department meetings.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
