We are the strategic link between Sales leadership and our technology platforms. As part of the team, you’ll join us in optimizing the end-to-end sales process within Salesforce.com and associated tools, providing sales teams with streamlined workflows, accurate data, and actionable insights. You’ll get the chance to develop your skills in designing and leading projects that rely on innovative technologies. What You'll Do: As an integral member of the Global Sales Operations organization, your mission will be to transform the Salesforce ecosystem by optimizing digital tools that directly increase seller productivity and operational efficiency. You will go beyond standard data management to explore and implement AI-driven opportunities that help our global sales teams identify and capture new revenue And that's not all! You'll have amazing opportunities to collaborate with fellow interns on a high-impact group project to be presented at the end of the internship, and you'll participate in exclusive events and activities that will immerse you in Motorola Solutions' dynamic culture. Throughout your projects, you’ll have access to mentorship and guidance from experts at Motorola to help you grow your skills even further and succeed in your work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

  • Strategic Communication: Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical processes into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Innovating the Seller Experience: Help design and deploy streamlined workflows and governance frameworks that remove friction for our sales force.
  • Championing AI & Automation: Research and pilot emerging AI capabilities to drive predictive insights and automated sales workflows.
  • Delivering High-Impact Strategy: Partner with a cohort of fellow interns on a cross-functional group project, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership that addresses a real-world business challenge.
  • Architecting Data Excellence: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data that fuels our global enterprise.
  • Immersing in Our Culture: Participate in exclusive executive networking events and professional development activities designed to integrate you into our high-velocity, innovative environment.
