Summer 2026 Internship Program - Brown & Brown Risk Solutions Brown & Brown’s Risk Solutions team, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for curious, driven students to join our 10-week summer internship program. Whether you're pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, this immersive experience is your chance to explore the world of risk management and insurance from the inside out. Requirements

• Students graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interested in risk management, insurance, or business strategy
• Strong communicators—both written and verbal
• Self-starters who are organized, adaptable, and collaborative
• Curious learners who want to make an impact

Responsibilities

• Analyze client acquisition and retention trends
• Conduct industry and product research
• Perform claims and exposure analysis
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Shadow professionals in client meetings and strategy sessions
• Receive mentorship focused on leadership, adaptability, and career planning
