The Sales Incentive Analyst plays a critical role in implementing and administering the company’s sales incentive compensation programs. This position ensures administration of contracts is aligned with the compensation plans for the Employer Services Business Unit at Workforce Solutions. The position requires a strong blend of analytical skills, data management expertise, and excellent communication to ensure accurate plan application, timely contract processing, and effective business unit support. The Analyst will also play a key role in improving operational processes and ensuring alignment with Compensation Center of Excellence guidelines.
