Job Description Responsible for administering various Line of Business incentive plans for the company. Consults with assigned business lines regarding modification of incentive plans and advanced incentive processing. Calculates incentive payments, performs reasonability audits on the results, and submits payments to payroll. Performs advanced data validation and research. Provides ongoing support to customers by answering complex questions related to incentive plans and source data. Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for business line employees when Learning Services resources are not available. Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.

  • Administering various Line of Business incentive plans for the company.

  • Performs advanced data validation and research.
  • Provides ongoing support to customers by answering complex questions related to incentive plans and source data.

  • Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of incentive plans and processing
  • Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions
  • Advanced incentive software processing development and reporting skills which includes MS Excel, Power BI/Power Query, Jira, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) as well as advanced knowledge of ICM web client
