Warm leads are provided—no cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments . This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of sales or business development experience , excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into a financial advisor role.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, client services, or business development experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Relevant certifications/licenses a plus (SIE, 2-15, 2-14)
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
- Understand client needs and qualify leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
- Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
- Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
- Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
- Continue developing financial and sales expertise
