About The Position

As an Effectiveness Analyst on GTM Strategy and Operations, you’ll identify high-impact workflow problems and deliver scalable automations and AI agents that help teams move faster and operate more efficiently. You’ll own end-to-end outcomes—from process design through secure implementation in partnership with IT, Architecture, and Security.

Requirements

• 4+ years improving GTM workflows in Sales, Partner, Business Systems, GTM Strategy/Operations, or Process Automation roles in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting production automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Experience integrating automations with Salesforce and other GTM systems using APIs/webhooks and structured data (e.g., JSON).
• Demonstrated ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, translate them into clear process maps/requirements, and deliver working solutions end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with IT, Architecture, and/or Security to ship compliant, governed automations in an enterprise environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting workflow recommendations, rollout plans, and impact metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will identify and prioritize workflow friction across GTM teams, then redesign processes to be simpler, faster, and automation-ready.
• You will develop and support automation and AI-enabled workflows using n8n and related tools, integrating with Salesforce and other GTM systems through APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• You will run pilots, document SOPs, and enable adoption through training and clear rollout plans.
• You will maintain and improve what you ship by tracking metrics, addressing issues, and partnering with IT, Architecture, and Security on governance and standards.
