  • Comfortable on the phone and confident guiding conversations
  • Persistent with follow-up without sounding pushy or scripted
  • Organized, detail-focused, and reliable with systems

  • Tech-friendly and confident using CRM tools
  • Takes ownership of results and follows through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer success, or follow-up roles is a plus — but attitude, coachability, and drive matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Following up with homeowners through phone, text, email, and CRM communication
  • Shortening the gap between the estimated delivery and the signed agreement
  • Identifying questions, concerns, or hesitation and helping find solutions
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments or calls for sales reps
  • Keeping accurate notes and updates inside the CRM
  • Communicating customer feedback and insights to the sales team
  • Assisting with incoming calls and scheduling when needed alongside the office staff
