About The Position

Big Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients, developing strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our agency. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the insurance industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Valid Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one) This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, designed for individuals who want to take control of their income and growth. Requirements
