About The Position

We are seeking candidates with experience in outside sales who are highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic and who are willing to learn title and escrow sales from experienced Sales Executives by a variety of training methods including shadowing out in the field and one-on-one training. The Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory (San Joaquin county) with the ultimate goal of generating new business to the company. Develops and implements agreed upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations. The day starts and ends in the office in Stockton, CA, with day travel in San Joaquin county and locations including Tracy, Lodi, Ripon & Manteca. You will also spend time each week in Stanislaus. 3+ years of outside sales experience is required, but title industry experience is not. This position comes with a base salary, commissions, a generous auto allowance and a cell phone allowance. Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders. The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The work hours are primarily from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on weekdays. Attendance at industry events and meetings including weekends and/or after hours may be necessary to establish relationships and develop new business for the company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. This position requires a person to be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team. #LI-KT1 The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort. Position's Pay Range : $65,000 - $85,000 This position may be eligible to earn commissions based on applicable incentive compensation or commission plan(s). Specifics pertaining to the calculation and payment of those commissions will be reflected in individual commission or incentive plan documents.
