We coordinate and manage over 20 different building maintenance solutions for commercial properties, from janitorial and floor care to landscaping, HVAC, and more. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Commercial Business Sales Executive to help expand our presence in the Houston market by fostering strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities. Position Overview The Commercial Business Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business relationships with decision-makers in commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare facilities. You’ll identify prospects, present tailored maintenance solutions, and work closely with our operations and client success teams to deliver on promises and exceed expectations. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management, commercial cleaning, building services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, manage long sales cycles, and build relationships with executive decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience selling services to property managers, facility managers, or building owners.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new commercial accounts through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple industries.
  • Conduct site visits, facility walkthroughs, and needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Present customized facility service solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities that meet or exceed assigned quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service transitions and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in CRM.
  • Represent City Wide of Greater Houston professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in facility management.
