The Sales Executive will drive the success of sales at London Square, Croydon by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires an understanding of the new build market, off plan sales process, ensuring the effective qualification of buyers and matching them to the right property at Croydon. Proactive management of the sales process, the role supports purchasers at every step, from initial inquiry to exchange. This role is central to promoting sales at Croydon, providing expert guidance, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality homes to meet the needs of a domestic and international customer base. The role will be onsite full-time in Croydon and will be on a rota which requires working 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off per month and working hours of 945am - 6 pm.
