About The Position

Our floor care and janitorial program system combined with our experience and responsibility makes us one of the best companies in the business. We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our commercial client base and promote our janitorial, sanitation, floor-care and green-cleaning solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of proven B2B sales success (service-based sales in the janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential commercial clients within several industries.
  • Present tailored cleaning, disinfection and floor care service proposals to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
