As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company, representing the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to showcase their property portfolios online. Success hinges on building long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and demonstrating ROI using proprietary analytic tools. Day-to-day tasks include leveraging CoStar Group’s expertise to build a client portfolio through prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting product demonstrations. New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and achieve career success, also gaining marketable skills in digital marketing and sales by collaborating with internal industry experts. This role is on-site in the CoStar Group office in Detroit, MI.
