We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive who thrives on challenges and is passionate about building meaningful relationships. As a natural communicator, our Lexington-based Sales Executive should excel at engaging with clients and colleagues alike. We want someone who is proactive, an excellent listener, and skilled at identifying solutions tailored to unique client needs. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our Managed IT Services client base in Lexington and identifying opportunities to provide IT Project solutions. You’ll leverage your sales expertise and collaborate with the in-house technical team to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outside or direct sales.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminology.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in IT sales.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales funnel to drive revenue growth.
  • Actively engage in community networking and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to meet both business and technical needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Present our offerings effectively to prospects and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing partners.
