Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful media or agency B2B sales experience
- Strong portfolio of existing business relationships in Utah preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Expertise in traditional media sales (TV, radio, print, OOH), with digital knowledge a strong plus
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in both independent and team-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business partnerships for the agency
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development and closing
- Conduct needs analyses and present strategic advertising and marketing recommendations tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, execution, and optimization
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales documentation
- Represent Hometown Media Services at industry and community events
- Grow, nurture, and retain client relationships through strong communication and results delivery
