  • Data Driven Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Develops and implements innovative, data driven strategies to uncover new leads, expand prospecting activity, and accelerate qualified pipeline development
  • Sales Strategy, Planning & Execution: Designs and executes comprehensive sales strategies for complex, multi stakeholder cycles balancing strategic planning with agile execution to exceed revenue targets.
  • Operational Excellence & Insight: Continuously refines the sales process, leverages forecasting and performance analytics, and translates insights into actionable improvements that enhance efficiency and close rates.
  • Negotiation & Market Mastery: Leads high value deal negotiations with precision and confidence, staying ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and evolving customer needs to secure profitable, aligned outcomes.
  • Proven Track Record: 5-7 years of success in consistently closing high value deals in a competitive sales environment (eCommerce experience preferred)
  • CRM & Sales Analytics Expertise: Highly proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking. Adept at leveraging analytics dashboards to monitor conversion metrics and optimize sales efficiency.
  • Sales Enablement & Automation Tools: Comfortable utilizing tools (like Gong, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to streamline prospecting, personalize outreach, and enhance conversion rates through data backed engagement.
  • eCommerce Data Fluency: Experienced in using eCommerce and performance analytics tools such as Shopify, Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and Statlas to assess client performance, identify growth opportunities, and align sales strategies with measurable business outcomes.
  • Paid Media Platform Familiarity: Working knowledge of key digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, understand acquisition economics, and communicate ROI driven value propositions.
  • Proposal & Contract Systems: Proficient in using platforms such as Rightsignature or Google Workspace for proposal creation, legal documentation, and efficient deal execution.
  • Self Sufficient Deal Maker: Demonstrates the ability to independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals without heavy reliance on inbound or marketing driven opportunities. Excels at full cycle selling: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Strategic Outbound Execution: Skilled in executing structured outbound campaigns that blend personalized outreach, data analysis, and creative positioning to engage ideal prospects and open new market segments.
  • Consultative Communication: Articulates complex marketing concepts in clear, outcome oriented terms. Balances storytelling with data fluency to build trust and guide executive level decision making.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Quickly assimilates new tools, market dynamics, and client verticals. Adjusts strategies in real time to maintain relevance and maximize impact.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence: Partners effectively with internal marketing, creative, and finance teams to develop cohesive, client aligned proposals and ensure smooth post close transitions.
