About The Position

We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to build and close commercial project opportunities across the U.S. This is a full-cycle, high-impact role for someone who knows how to create a pipeline, not wait for it. You’ll be sourcing opportunities, navigating complex deals, and owning projects through completion. The environment is fast-paced and results-driven, where performance is measured by deals closed and revenue generated. This is not account management; this is a true hunter role with full ownership and strong earning potential tied to results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
  • Proven track record of sourcing leads and closing deals independently
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals at various stages simultaneously
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
  • Ability to understand pricing, margins, and deal profitability
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and performance-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into commercial, real estate, construction, or education sectors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop new B2B opportunities across commercial sectors
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in real estate, property management, schools, and institutions
  • Research and uncover active and upcoming projects using outbound strategies and industry tools
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → qualification → proposal → close
  • Develop proposals and pricing aligned with company margins
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability
  • Consistently drive toward revenue targets
  • Drive deals through execution, coordinating internally to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee projects from initial sale through completion
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
  • Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
  • Build referral channels and expand existing accounts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and execution
  • Maintain clear pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Ensure alignment across departments for smooth project delivery
