About The Position

Your Role: Be the Strategic Growth Leader You’re not just selling—you're partnering with scientists and organizations dedicated to innovation. You’ll: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, for short‑ and long‑term cold chain storage solutions. Cultivate strategic relationships across R&D, procurement, and executive teams in biotech, pharma, academia, and public health sectors. Analyze client needs, design bespoke cold chain and biostorage proposals, and guide decision-making with knowledge of compliance, security, and logistics. Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, aligning on market expansion strategies, account penetration, and territory planning. Support brand awareness and thought leadership, aligning with marketing to craft compelling proposals, case studies, and campaigns tailored to target segments. Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales in biorepositories, sample management, life sciences, lab services, or cold chain logistics
  • Demonstrated success managing complex RFP processes and closing strategic accounts
  • Established network within biotech, pharma, or academic research fields
  • Solid grasp of cold chain logistics and compliance regulations (GxP, DFARS, etc.)
  • Experience using Zoho (or similar CRMs) and MS Office
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset—eager to grow and shape a scaling business
  • Confident presenter, relationship-builder, and trusted advisor
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally for customer visits and events
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
