About The Position

CS Truck & Trailer is the one-stop fleet service solution for commercial truck and trailer maintenance, collision repair, paint, and mobile service. With a reputation for expertise, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we help keep America’s fleets safe, compliant, and on the road. We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing Atlanta team. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and developing a strong book of business within the trucking and fleet maintenance industry. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven sales track record in the Atlanta market and a passion for helping fleet customers keep their operations moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the heavy truck repair or fleet maintenance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B business development, territory management, and client retention.
  • Strong understanding of the trucking, fleet, and equipment service market in the Atlanta region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the trucking, fleet maintenance, and logistics industries.
  • Identify customer needs and propose full-service solutions, including mechanical, mobile, collision, and paint & body services.
  • Collaborate with shop leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presentation to closing and account management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a focus on customer trust and retention.
  • Represent CS Truck & Trailer as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the Atlanta market.
