Requirements

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
Minimum 2 years business to business sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance & attitude
Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Experience with Full Service Lease & Rental a plus

Responsibilities

Drive Full Service Lease sales.
Nurture & enrich relationships to build long term relationships with customer and prospects.
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in choosing Full Service Lease, Rental, or Fleet Management by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations
Follow-up with customer & prospects to ensure successful referral business.
Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
