About The Position

Eide Bailly is actively seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our Data Analytics and AI advisory services. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities that help mid-market clients modernize their business through data platforms, automation, and intelligent analytics. You’ll work closely with internal technical teams and external partners like Microsoft, Snowflake, Workato, and Boomi to build solutions that transform how our clients operate and make decisions. A typical day in this role might include: Proactively develop and lead sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing data warehouse, analytics, and AI readiness solutions deals in midmarket industries. Demonstrate understanding of target audience, industry trends, competition, and how Eide Bailly is uniquely positioned to address client needs. Demonstrate strong product and consulting services knowledge of data warehouse, analytics, and AI readiness. Engage with key prospects including C-level executives via meetings, phone, and email. Partner closely with internal delivery teams (Data & AI, Integration, and IT Consulting) to align solution strategy with business value. Conduct prospect research for lead qualification. Participate in events and community organizations to identify sales opportunities. Communicate pipeline to sales, delivery, and go-to-market leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • You have 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience, preferably in analytics, AI, cloud integration, or digital transformation.
  • You understand data architectures, ETL/integration platforms, and AI-enabling technologies such as Snowflake, Azure, Power BI, or similar.
  • A driving, social, self-starter who values independence, thrives under pressure, and enjoys new and unique challenges. A natural hunter, assertive, leader.
  • Expert in consultative and relationship selling, territory and account planning, and negotiation
  • Technically proficient, using available tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Able to handle rejection with poise, work well with others, display self-motivation and drive
  • Broad understanding of Microsoft platforms and solution selling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level clients
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
  • Understanding of generative AI or machine learning use cases for business
  • Experience building account plans and working cross-functionally with consulting teams
