In this role, you will drive new business sales in the enterprise risk management and resilience space, focusing on Fortune 1000 accounts. You will partner closely with clients, sales engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, present tailored solutions, and close deals that deliver measurable value. This role requires creativity, high energy, and a strategic approach to sales, emphasizing relationship building with C-level executives. You will manage a designated territory, develop and execute account plans, and leverage your expertise to exceed quarterly sales targets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Business Continuity, Resilience, or IT Risk solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business revenue
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales processes and ability to articulate business value
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships at the executive level
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving, business acumen, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with overnight travel (10–20%) as needed to support sales initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales for enterprise risk management, business continuity, and resilience solutions across a designated territory
  • Develop and execute account plans, including prospecting, meeting facilitation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives in Risk Management, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and Internal Audit
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management using Salesforce, ensuring consistent progress toward sales goals
