The Sales Excellence-People Excellence Manager drives effectiveness of Sales Excellence programs in alignment with Siemens Smart Infrastructure Sales, Channel Management, Business Units and other stakeholders by ensuring training program deliverables to meet or exceed targets, are completed at a highly professional level and within agreed timelines. Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, the People Excellence Manager is responsible for managing comprehensive sales development and training programs led by the SI S&OP Sales Excellence organization. We are looking for a Sales Excellence Performance Manager. This position is based in Norcross, GA.
