The Sales Excellence team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. As a Sales Excellence Manager at Fireblocks, you will design, develop, and improve the performance of Fireblocks' Sales organization. You will play a key role in overseeing all the components of supporting the Sales team and directing sales-related initiatives such as training, best practices, content, sales tools, and knowledge management systems. In this role, you will work closely with the company's sales and marketing teams, as well as with partners and key stakeholders, with the goal of increasing the productivity and success of the GTM Operations business unit you'll be a part of.
