About The Position

Your role As the Sales Excellence Manager, your primary objective is to support the development and execution of strategies, processes, and tools that improve the effectiveness of the Commercial Sales team and enhance results. You will play a critical role in driving Commercial sales growth by identifying procedures, standardizing processes, and enabling sales teams through customer activation, effective communication, and continuous improvement. A key area of accountability in this role is ownership and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to ensure it supports sales execution, insight, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or enabling Commercial or B2B sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer activation, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience running or administering a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Analytical approach with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes and tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement and building high-performing sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and tools that improve Commercial Sales effectiveness
  • Identify, document, and implement protocols that drive consistency, efficiency, and measurable sales performance
  • Own the ongoing management, optimization, and adoption of the current Sales CRM platform
  • Partner with Commercial Sales leadership to align CRM functionality with sales workflows, driving customer enrollment, and reporting needs
  • Drive continuous improvement through process refinement, performance insights, and feedback from the field
  • Enable clear, effective communication across Commercial Sales by improving tools, data visibility, and process clarity
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and other internal partners to ensure alignment and execution
