Under the direction of the National Sales Excellence Manager, the Sales Excellence Manager (SEM) will be responsible for driving capability development, sales process adoption, and performance improvement across the good2grow Sales organization. This role focuses on enabling and training Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) through both classroom facilitation and field-based learning. The SEM partners closely with Regional Growth Trainers (RGTs) to reinforce good2grows GROWING sales execution model and performance framework. The ideal candidate brings a passion for people development, CPG sales excellence, and a data-informed approach to capability building that fuels business growth and strengthens field team performance. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.
