About The Position

The Sales Excellence Lead will play a critical role in accelerating U.S. sales effectiveness by integrating proven Hiscox retail capabilities and driving performance across offline direct and partnership channels. This position focuses on optimizing processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and embedding Hiscox’s sales culture and best practices to deliver measurable growth and improved customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of sales strategies for offline channels, aligned with U.S. business objectives and in collaboration with SGS and the internal Director of Sales.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and deliver measurable improvements through regular reviews and targeted action plans.
  • Streamline sales processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance customer experience through cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training, resources, and mentorship to SGS and internal sales teams to drive high performance and embed Hiscox’s sales culture.
  • Work closely with SGS vendor sales lead, internal Director of Sales, and other key stakeholders to align strategies, share best practices, and deliver joint initiatives.
  • Analyze client and partner retention data, implement retention-focused strategies, and achieve measurable improvements in retention rates.
  • Pilot innovative sales tools and approaches, benchmark against industry and Hiscox UK best practices, and share results for broader adoption.
