Rex is seeking a Sales Event Manager to ensure flawless execution of events at Hotel Ella, a boutique property known for weddings, social events, and elevated hospitality. This role bridges sales and operations, turning booked business into seamless, memorable experiences. This role is anchored by two core mandates. First, own end-to-end event execution, from planning and cross-functional coordination to on-site leadership during events. Second, deliver a high-touch client and guest experience, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring every detail is executed with precision and professionalism. You will coordinate closely with food and beverage, culinary, front office, and housekeeping teams to align on timelines, setups, staffing, and service standards. You’ll lead event turnover meetings, review event details for accuracy, and proactively solve issues before they impact the guest experience. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience in events, catering, or hospitality operations and thrives in fast-paced environments. They are detail-oriented, organized, calm under pressure, and energized by leading execution on the floor.
