At A-Core it is more than just a job, it is a career! Job Description: A-Core is looking for an experienced full-time Sales Representative to join our team in our Denver, Colorado office. They will report to the Colorado Branch manager. They will perform sales and estimating responsibilities for our Denver and Colorado Springs locations. The representative will locate project leads, build new relationships and maintain current relationships with customers in these locations. They will send out bids, sell services and negotiate project pricing as needed. They will work closely with the branch and operations manager to track, manage and oversee projects to completion. Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of contractor services sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly proactive and versatile, working well with limited supervision and instruction
  • Ability to learn new tasks and process information quickly
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines and complete complex tasks
  • Excellent judgement, common sense, creativity, problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Have a good knowledge of equipment and tools we use
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer commands and operations
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and have a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of concrete cutting industry preferred, but not a requisite to apply

Responsibilities

  • Track job leads based on state lettings and requests for pricing
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for customers
  • Create and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Responsible for billings, estimating and keeping the job on task until project is closed
  • Travel to other locations to sell services to current and new customers and contractors
