What You'll Do As a Construction Sales & Estimating Representative: Own the sales and estimating process from initial inquiry through signed contract Prepare timely and accurate estimates and scopes for restoration and capital investment projects Review drawings, specs, and site conditions to develop clear, competitive proposals Coordinate subcontractor pricing and confirm project scope Lead proposal development, bid submissions, and contract negotiations Maintain organized project files and clear customer communication

Requirements

Experienced: Has experience with sales contracts and hands-on estimating work.
Construction Knowledge: Understands construction sales and estimating; experience in restoration or timber framing is a plus.
Contract-Savvy: Has worked on contracts over one million.
Technical: Can read construction documents, perform takeoffs, and estimate restoration work accurately for bidding and project scopes with attention to detail.
Organized & Clear: Keeps paperwork, estimates, and communication straightforward and accurate.
Humble, Knowledgeable, Respectful: Leads customers with honesty and respect, works hard, stays teachable, and uses sound judgment. Interacts with co-workers with thoughtful respect.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel; CRM experience helpful; SketchUp is a plus.
