Every deal is engineered, bespoke, and operationally critical to your customer’s business. Your conversations won’t be about discounts. No two deals are the same What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll own the full commercial lifecycle for your territory: Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across HoustonManaging and growing key accounts while identifying new project opportunitiesLeading complex, consultative sales processes from first conversation to contract signatureConducting site surveys and working closely with customers to define technical and operational requirementsWriting and presenting detailed commercial proposals and forecastsNegotiating with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership teamsWorking cross functionally with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure flawless execution This is a field-based role with regular customer visits. You’ll manage your own diary, priorities, and pipeline like a professional.
