About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on and client-facing Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating real-world business needs into scalable and technically sound solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support pre-sales conversations and lead technical implementations. This is a highly technical role with direct customer exposure. As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the bridge between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring that technical capabilities are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Integrations, or a similar engineering role with customer exposure.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including the ability to write, read, and push production-quality code.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), authentication mechanisms (OAuth), and system integrations.
  • Comfort discussing architecture, performance trade-offs, SLAs, and failure scenarios with technical audiences.
  • Experience managing integrations as projects, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and technical scope.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and confidence leading technical conversations with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel integrations and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is an engineering role: Candidates will go through coding and architecture interviews and are expected to push code on the job.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales on Technical Deals: Support technically complex sales cycles, confidently presenting and defending our architecture, APIs, SLAs, and integration capabilities with highly technical customer teams.
  • Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts. Maintain and improve demo sandboxes, including building automation to support customer use cases.
  • Design & Deliver Integration Solutions: Translate customer needs into concrete technical solutions covering APIs, data flows, authentication, and implementation plans.
  • Lead Integrations End-to-End: Own customer integrations as short-lived technical projects, from scoping to delivery. You will be expected to push code as part of this work.
  • Handle Technical Discussions: Answer deep technical questions from customers around reliability, performance, failure scenarios, and system constraints.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product and Engineering to surface integration challenges and customer-driven improvements.
  • Bridge Tech & Customer: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
