Inductotherm Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer to join our Team, onsite in Rancocas, New Jersey. You will be required to sell goods to businesses, government agencies, and other organizations. You will contact customers, explain the features of the products, negotiate prices, and answer any questions that the customers may have about the products. You will spend much of your time traveling to and visiting with current clients and prospective buyers.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communications, both written and verbal.
  • Able to read Blueprints and Electrical Schematics.
  • Computer literate and have good math skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Bundle: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s Degree in a Mechanical Discipline.
  • Able to see and read printed word
  • Able to hear and speak on phone
  • Able to sit for long periods
  • Able to traverse the building
  • Able to use public transportation, i.e.: plane, train, bus, etc.
  • Must have valid driver’s license; be able and willing to drive.
  • Must have a neat business-like appearance.
  • Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.

Responsibilities

  • A self-starter
  • Able to build and maintain customer partnerships
  • Able to conduct research using internet and other resources to compile reports and analysis as required
  • A team player, and able to interact with all level of management and shop personnel
  • Able to work independently and exercise good judgement
  • Able to travel 70-80% of the time
  • Able to work hands-on with the Service Department
  • Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned
