This role is for a strategic, customer-centric Sales Engineer who partners with Sales to win net-new deals and expand existing customers by serving as the ultimate product and domain expert for our Ivy and Ocelot AI chatbot solutions for Higher Education. You will translate complex AI technologies and higher education integration requirements into simple, compelling, value-based solution stories. You'll drive successful outcomes by merging technical depth with business value, ensuring prospects can decide with confidence. This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in Canada or the United States.
