As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be a key partner to our sales teams, helping top brands across the US and Canada unlock their full potential with Yotpo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success, or consulting, including 2-3 years working directly with customers.
  • Experience with web technologies such as RESTful APIs, HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting to large audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled at articulating and documenting both product-specific and high-level technical solutions to solve business problems.
  • Experience understanding and mapping commercial problems to technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in eCommerce and/or SaaS preferred.
  • Digital marketing and/or advertising technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales teams, partners, product, and industry specialists to plan and execute sales campaigns.
  • Work with the Yotpo Account Executives to help them close deals by providing both technical, product and business expertise internally and directly to prospects.
  • Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to ensure proposed solutions address business challenges, meet KPIs, and deliver fast ROI.
  • Prepare and present both standard and custom technical demonstrations of the Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty to prospective clients.
  • Ensure potential customers understand the solution (technical & services) and resource requirements for successful implementation.
  • Capture and document client requirements to provide a scope of work and recommended solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on market requirements and potential enhancements.
