Equifax is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Automotive vertical, which includes Automotive Retail, Lending, and Alliances. In this customer-facing solutioning role, you will be the primary technical resource responsible for understanding the full technical and data/analytics landscape of accounts in order to translate customer needs and imperatives into potential opportunities for Equifax. What you will do Act as a translator of our customer’s analytics and technical environments and connect them to potential Equifax solutions Support Account Executives and Solution Sales Executives in identifying, proposing, and closing customer-value-driving solutions Proactively identify and design data, analytics, and/or technical analyses to identify and qualify new sales opportunities Help shape customer-relevant demos Foster strong working relationships with key analytics and technology influencers and buyers within customer's organizations Develop deep knowledge of business, analytics, and technical environment in which covered accounts operate
