Position Summary The Sales Enablement Trainer is dedicated to driving enablement initiatives for the SMB channel, with a strong emphasis on supporting large-scale agent recruitment and onboarding. This role works across the Global Sales organization, partnering with Sales Leadership to simplify processes, deliver innovative training solutions, and accelerate growth across all verticals. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs that equip agents and internal teams with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position requires a proactive trainer who is confident in public speaking, adept at leveraging modern enablement technologies, and passionate about creating scalable learning experiences. This hybrid position is based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site.
