Most CohnReznick professionals live within commuting distance of an office. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. YOUR TEAM. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall
  • Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change
  • Must have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

  • General CRE Team Support Assist Client Relationship Executives (CREs) across priority industries, regions, services, and initiatives with the following:
  • Lead Management: Standardize processes for lead generation/target activation across diverse, but disparate, sales tool workflows
  • Data Hygiene: Audit CRM for duplicates and outdated entries to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Performance Tracking: Review business plans and compare to pipeline development, leads and target activation
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Support timely client follow-ups after webinars and events, as needed
  • Content Creation & Enablement Review/revise or build sales enablement assets:
  • Help to update sales intranet page with team info, policies, best practices, wins, success stories and sales insights
  • Draft sales playbooks by segment
  • Support development of target account plans and competitive positioning briefs
  • Team Insights & Feedback Conduct quick surveys or interviews with sales executives to capture:
  • Client pain points observed in recent engagements
  • Feedback on proposal templates and pitch decks for improvement
  • Collaboration & Communication Support cross-functional alignment:
  • Organize virtual team huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Prepare concise recap notes for leadership after major meetings
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence Research emerging trends in priority segments or initiatives
  • Monitor competitor moves and summarize findings for the broader sales and marketing organization
