YOUR ROLE.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall
  • Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and be self-sufficient
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactively able to communicate project statuses
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

  • Learn basics of Marketo emails, landing pages, forms, and smart campaigns
  • Utilize Knak to edit assets
  • Use Power Bi for reporting requests
  • Assist in testing forms and automation flows
  • Assist with overall data maintenance for our event marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Coordinate postproduction event recaps including the generation of final attendance numbers, cost summaries and other post event data and reports
  • Execute the pre and post event registration process. Working with Splash where applicable. This includes organizing, tracking and sharing event RSVP lists and updating post event attendee lists.
  • Contribute to post-event evaluation: gather feedback from attendees, analyze event metrics and prepare post-event reports to improve future events and measure the effectiveness of event strategies.
  • Develop personalized thank-you notes templates and follow-up surveys to attendees to maintain engagement and gather insights for future events.
  • Help organize training sessions for the project team on risk management practices.
  • Work with Marketo team to help review how we are crafting personalized email invitations and follow-up messages based on attendee profiles and past interactions.
  • Implement ideas around interactive elements like polls, Q&A sessions, and live chats that allow attendees to engage in a personalized manner in support of building out our Subscription models / CTA goals.
