About The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Enablement Analyst II to join our Sales Omnichannels team. In this role, you’ll help improve how our sellers work every day - through better processes, improved tools, and meaningful insights that fuel smarter selling.   This role can be a remote or hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales ops, business analytics, marketing, or related fields
  • CRM and dashboard/reporting experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be authorized to work for Sonepar in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% and reside within 30 miles of a major
