With you as our Sales Enablement Specialist, our Sales Engineers will have the tools and resources they need to build strong customer relationships and close complex deals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome)
  • Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business development
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows, customer visits, and partner events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (RapidStart CRM), is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus, and strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Sales Collaboration – you'll partner closely with our commercial team and Sales Engineers to understand their needs and provide timely, on-brand marketing support that helps move opportunities forward and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Sales Content Development – you'll create and maintain impactful sales materials including presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, and proposal templates using Canva, PowerPoint, and related tools. You'll ensure materials stay current, visually polished, and aligned with our messaging.
  • Lead & Business Development Support – you'll assist with attracting and nurturing prospective customers by tracking engagement and helping monitor lead progression from awareness through consideration.
  • Event & Trade Show Coordination – you'll support event planning and logistics for trade shows and industry events, preparing booth materials, presentations, and marketing assets that help our team make a strong impression.
  • Sales Enablement Resources – you'll organize and maintain sales content libraries so our Sales Engineers can quickly access the tools and materials they need to succeed.
  • CRM Support & Reporting – you'll assist with CRM data hygiene and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics (RapidStart CRM), helping maintain accurate records and valuable sales insights.
