The Baldwin Group, a nationwide Registered Investment Advisor, is seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Financial Services team. As a Wealth Management Financial Advisor, you will build and deepen client relationships, deliver comprehensive planning, and manage portfolios using Baldwin’s integrated advice platform. You’ll collaborate across practices to protect assets, optimize incomes, and help clients achieve long‑term financial outcomes. The Financial Services Sales Enablement Specialist will work directly with 4–5 partner-level financial advisors to generate new sales opportunities, support a longer-cycle retirement plan and wealth management sales process, nurture existing client relationships, and create client-facing presentations and materials. This role is highly task- and project-oriented, with a strong focus on pipeline management, scheduling, data integrity, and coordination rather than direct outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate is flexible to changing business needs within an entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities across advisors and books of business. Under the general supervision of a Partner or Director of Sales, you will begin with an in-depth training program to gain technical knowledge of retirement plan solutions, financial services offerings, and effective advisor support practices, as well as learn the firm’s value proposition to support our clients’ needs and passions.
