About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Travel & Events helps sales teams become more effective in their interactions with customers and prospective buyers. This role focuses on the development and curation of content, including proposal responses and other sales related assets. You will creatively communicate One10’s offerings and overall “story” using strategy, positioning, written word and graphics. Sales Enablement Specialists are creative, technologically savvy, critical thinkers who have excellent project management skills with a strong understanding of One10 products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in consulting, marketing, or sales support role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent written communications skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to build collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint; graphical software experience a plus.
  • Ability to make confident, clear, and persuasive decisions

Responsibilities

  • Works with sales to ensure understanding of requirements and assist with deal qualification.
  • Demonstrates understanding of One10 core capabilities and differentiators.
  • Research to advance understanding of the client, its industry, and market conditions, and utilizes available data to support recommendations.
  • Strategizes with applicable Subject Matter Experts in solution/delivery areas to develop a recommended approach to each deliverable, identifying and promoting key selling points.
  • Assumes the role of Project Manager for overall assigned projects. Coordinates with contacts from each solution/delivery group to secure inputs required for proposal and budget.
  • Develops master timeline with milestones such as drafts, budgets, and approvals.
  • Monitors milestones and communicates progress.
  • Inputs pricing elements provided by delivery areas into pro forma and coordinates with Finance for review and approval.
  • Creates engaging and visually appealing content using proficiency in selecting software tools and programs. Incorporates movement, animation, images and video elements according to the need for all content.
  • Coordinates with Creative Services if elements are required such as theme development, advanced design mock-ups, video production.
  • Follows a deal through win/loss status to ensure timely feedback is received.
  • Supports management of assets and content library, ensuring up-to-date information and recommending the most effective formats for sales team needs.
