About The Position

Join Amazon Global Logistics as we revolutionize international transportation for millions of sellers worldwide. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll deliver training programs that support sales team performance across the US and EMEA, helping break down barriers between buyers and sellers globally. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) provides international transportation services for FBA Sellers, offering complete supply chain solutions. You will support training programs for our sales teams, contribute to new product launch enablement, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove sales obstacles. Your primary focus will be supporting sales team productivity through effective training delivery, streamlined processes, and tool adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant field experience
  • 1+ years of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool experience
  • 2+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 1+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs

  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company
  • Experience in logistics
  • 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • Experience in program or project management
  • PMP certificate

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for Amazon Global Logistics teams, covering sales strategies, customer engagement, and internal tools for both new and experienced employees
  • Develop engaging training materials using various methods including live sessions and eLearning resources to accommodate different learning styles
  • Identify obstacles that prevent sales teams from achieving their goals and support initiatives to address these challenges through targeted training programs
  • Collaborate with AGL team members to support initiatives, tools, and materials including online guides, reference documents, and e-learning content
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Sellers, and Sales Operations to gather insights and support training effectiveness
  • Support the establishment of measurable targets for training and onboarding that align with sales objectives, monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics
